The perfect candidate for this position has got:
- 5+ years of B2B Marketing experience in IT (Professional Service or Products) sector with a proven track record of success (lead generation, visibility marketing, performance, etc.) - experience in the area of advanced technologies as Data & AI, Business Intelligence or Big Data will be an asset
- Knowledge and experience in all aspects of digital marketing, including SEO, paid social media campaigns, email strategy, and marketing automation
- Experience in being a leader and people manager
- Strong time management skills and prioritization skills
- Excellent analytical capabilities and high attention to details
- Proven ability to execute and exhibit a result-focused mindset
- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written); the ability to convey complex analysis results clearly to all levels of stakeholders
- Exemplary soft skills, critical understanding of team motivations and personality types
- Proficiency in spoken and written English (C1/ advanced), allowing to build marketing communication
- An unconventional look at the use of new technologies, trends and areas of reach
In this role you will be responsible for:

Creating and executing strategic marketing growth for Elitmind Group who is a leader with Data & AI for domestic and international markets (Poland, Western Europe and the Middle East).
- Maintaining professional relations with global technology partners like Microsoft, Databricks etc. and execute common marketing and sales campaigns
- Closely collaborating with Sales, Consulting, and Delivery teams to use our strengths in building the market communication
- Collaborating with external partners (designers, agencies, event agencies, publishers, portals)
- Creating and launching marketing campaigns to generate leads: channel planning, budgeting, and execution;
- Creating and launching advanced content and SEO strategies that improve organic online visibility & performance
- Establishing transparent goals & KPIs, relevant to the market and the needs of the business
- Ensuring the brand message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts
- Researching and executing offline and online events (webinars, podcasts, conferences, and others), content creation, and logistics management;
- Building reports and monthly/quarterly business reviews based on results;
- Working with cross-functional teams and partners (e.g., Microsoft, Databricks etc.) to grow lead generation results.
- Gathering and monitor the competitive landscape and market intelligence and stay abreast of market trends
- Preparing and managing budgets for the marketing department
