Paid Social Specialist

Responsibilities:

• preparation and implementation of online social media advertising campaigns for international e-commerce projects,
• managing, testing and optimizing campaigns,
• reporting of results,
• recommending solutions to grow sales in performance marketing activities,
• collaborating with other departments (i.a. marketing: copywriters and graphic designers) and external agencies.

Requirements:

• a minimum of 5 years' experience in running advertising campaigns on the Meta Ads platform (Facebook + Instagram),
• very good knowledge of English at the level of min. B2 - prerequisite,
• ability to work based on KPIs: ROAS and ROI,
• proficiency with web analytics tools (Google Analytics UA and GA4 versions) and Google Docs Editors suite programs (including Google Sheets, Google Looker Studio),
• ability to think strategically and analyze data,
• independence in carrying out assigned tasks,
• attentiveness and meticulousness in running campaigns.

Nice to have:

• experience in running paid social media campaigns in foreign markets,
• knowledge of other social media platforms (TikTok, LinkedIn, Snapchat, Twitter),
• basic knowledge of other advertising platforms (Google Ads, TikTok Ads, LinkedIn Ads) and specifics of other traffic sources.
