PLM/PDM Support Consultant

ENDEGO is a cross-industry provider of comprehensive high-class engineering solutions for automotive, railway, maritime and aerospace industries. For our Client, an international automotive company, we are currently looking for a:

🌍 Location: Katowice

💡 Responsibilities:

• Updating and adapting workflows and implementing them in the PLM / PDM systems in cooperation with our international development and production departments
• Support in the introduction of new PLM applications as well as in the enhancement of existing modules of the PLM landscape
• Second level support for the software application
• Coordination of recorded requirements of internal PLM customers and evaluation of these for implementation
• Execution and moderation of key-user and master-key-user trainings and workshops
• Providing support in the design of the global IT architecture of BOS
• Definition and coordination of interfaces from the PLM applications to other core systems

✅ Requirements:

• Completed bachelor's degree in business informatics, business engineering or comparable education, preferably master's degree
• Experienced in design and engineering processes and methods
• Experience in project management in the automotive sector (product development process)
• Good overall understanding of development and production and general business processes
• Good knowledge of PLM systems, Teamcenter, Active Workspace are desirable
• Knowledge of agile tools (Atlassian products) for managing software projects
• Consultant personality, service awareness, strong communication skills and hands-on mentality
• Willingness to travel to other BOS locations
• Fluency in English, German is an asset
