Financial Director

For our Client - one of the leading creative agencies with many years of multinational experience, we are looking for Financial Director.

Responsibilities:

• Supporting in formulating the company's future direction and supporting strategic initiatives.
• Guaranteeing an efficient management of the company resources, supported by financial analysis at a high level to the company management team to ensure timely, accurate, and compliant financial information.
• Coordinating with multiple entities to meet business reporting and statutory deadlines.
• Building productive relationships with stakeholders to understand their financial information needs.
• Aligning key business strategies and decisions across the Group.
• Managing the Group's cash flows and providing relevant reporting to Directors and Executive Management.
• Overseeing financial reporting obligations, including preparation and lodgement of compliant full-year and half-year consolidated accounts.
• Collaborating to design, implement, and review finance systems, policies, and procedures for continuous improvement.
• Ensuring timely and accurate maintenance of finance ledgers for internal users and statutory compliance.
• Providing appropriate responses to ad hoc requests for financial information.
• Preparing annual budgets for holding company entities.
• Planning and overseeing CAPEX and participating in investment planning.
• Performing accounting functions for holding company entities.
• Undertaking various other activities within the Corporate Finance function as required.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting/finance
• At least 5 years of finance experience in international environment
• Ready to take responsibility for budgeting, reporting, modelling, and analysis
• Happy to stand up for what you believe in, challenge the team and senior management if needed 
• Skilled at planning your work and can deliver without being managed 
• Hands-on approach 
• Analytical thinking and trends analysis 
• Adapting to change and leading change 
• Fluent English
