ERGO Technology & Services S.A. (ET&S S.A.) was established in January 2021 following the integration of ERGO Digital IT and Atena into one entity, leveraging both companies’ strengths and best practices. As a part of ERGO Technology & Services Management AG, the technology holding of ERGO Group AG, we support millions of internal and external customers with state-of-the-art IT solutions to everyday problems.

In October 2022, ET&S S.A. expanded its scope of operations by creating a Business Services unit to contribute in a new way to the growth of ERGO’s business. Acting as a co-partner and internal consultant, it adds non-IT value and supports the development of the entire ERGO Group, currently offering skills in reporting, analysis, actuarial, and input management. How you will get the job done

• preparing data-based reports & dashboards for the needs of directors, HR department and Management Board in order to support strategic decision-making of the organization
• managing periodic HR reporting for ET&S and group purposes
• analyzing results using statistical techniques and identifying trends and patterns in data sets
• gathering, maintaining, and supplementing accurate data from various sources necessary for HR reporting
• utilizing collected data to identify problems and propose solutions
• providing data for group-wide tools (Clarity, GTRF) 
• collaborating with different teams to refine data collection and process analysis to address business needs based on identified trends
• supporting projects and initiatives, ensuring timely implementation of all deliverables

Skills and experience you will need

• bachelor’s degree (preferably in Economics, Mathematics, Finance, Business Administration, Data Analytics, or a related field)
• proficiency in English (minimum B2 level)
• experience of data analysis and visualization, using tools such as Excel and PowerBI to build dashboards that can be easily understood by stakeholders (including Leadership)
• advanced Excel skills and the ability to work with and manipulate large data sets comfortable
• strong analytical, problem-solving, and attention to detail
• ability to perform with an independent, proactive, and systematic way of working as well as a strong team spirit
