Junior Finance and Administration Specialist

B2B: PLN 35 - 45 / hour

LOCATION: POZNAŃ (office: 3 days a week)

*It's important to note that the role emphasizes a stronger presence in the office to foster teamwork and effective communication.


Requirements

Key Duties and Requirements

  • Office and Reception management.

  • Purchasing management.

  • Team members’ travels administration.

  • Accounting related tasks - in collaboration with the accounting team.

  • Personnel administration - maintenance of data and agreements, preparation of documents based on templates.

  • Support in other ad-hoc Operations tasks.

Here’s a set of skills we require:

  • Communication skills & relationship-building.

  • Engagement in work, proactivity.

  • Flexibility.

  • Accuracy & attention to detail

  • Basic knowledge of finance, accounting, and HR/payroll.

  • Fluent in Polish (native) and English at minimum B1/B2 level.

What does the recruitment process for that position look like?

  1. Video Task: Discussion of a case study during a recorded video session in English (focused on understanding your reasoning, business approach, English proficiency and self-presentation skills).

  2. Profile Selection: Analysis of submitted applications to assess their alignment with the job requirements. Selection of candidates who best meet the criteria.

  3. Meeting with the Operations team member (30 minutes): This stage will take about 30 minutes. We would like to talk about your experience.

  4. Meeting with the Hiring Manager (30 minutes): This stage will take about 30 minutes. Our Hiring Manager would like to share with you the challenges of taking on this role and talk about your experience.

  5. Offer.
