Scope of responsibilities:

Project management: running software development projects for international clients, handling strategic planning, dealing with management tools, quality and security assurance, delivery orientation.

Project administration: project planning, time management, budget management, people management, reporting.

Team leading: building project teams, supervising and supporting team members, conducting individual oriented and group oriented communication, ensuring open-feedback culture, aiding team development.

Client relationship management: role of business advisor, oriented on customer needs, supporting decision making, providing quality services and reporting, oriented on customer satisfaction.

Internal and external communication handling: collaborating with Account Manager and Finance Director on optimizing project profitability and increasing revenue, communicating project needs to Sourcing Manager.
Tools you will work with: JIRA, Slack, Calamari, G-suite, MIRO, HubSpot.
Here’s a set of skills we require:
- Experience as Project Manager or Delivery Manager (at least 3 years),
- Know-how in managerial tools and methodologies,
- Experience in IT industry and within the management of software projects,
- Strategic attitude: analytical and logical approach, with the drive to deliver results in a fast-paced environment,
- Relation-oriented attitude: communication skills, customer relationship, team management,
- Multitasking and organizational skills with the ability to prioritize projects and meet deadlines,
- Full professional proficiency in English,
- Full professional proficiency in Polish.
Nice to have:
- Previous Scrum Master or Product Manager experience,
- Experience in the financial industry,
- Experience in blockchain projects.
