Graphic Designer

In September 2020 The&Partnership (part of EssenceMediacom) was appointed to build a global in-house content agency for British American Tobacco’s new category products (glo, VYPE and VELO). Having started with HQ Studio in London, we have been expanding ever since. After the successful implementation of new teams in London, Tokyo, and Rome, we are now building a hub in Warsaw, Poland.

Beat CE Content Studio is a team of creatives, designers and project managers with the goal of building real-time content marketing capabilities that bring BAT closer to consumers. We are responsible for the Central Europe Area, connecting end-markets like Poland, Germany, Austria, Switzerland, Czechia, Slovakia and the Baltics.

We are now looking for a Graphic designer who will join our team.

Scope of work:

• designing visual identifications / toolkits
• designing key visuals
• designing and reformatting online advertisements (static and dynamic)
• design mailings / e-mail ads
• designing graphics for social media
• designing UI and website assets
• presentation and defense of projects
• cooperation with designers / copywriters / arts / PMs

Key skills and experience:

• at least 5 years of experience in designing (mainly digital)
• knowledge of Adobe (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, AfterEffects and/or Animate are also welcome)
• knowledge of Figma
• knowledge of Microsoft Office
• knowledge of the basics of design theory: colors / typography / composition
• the ability to efficiently search photos and videos stocks
• knowledge of Midjourney will be an added advantage
• minimum level of English – B2
