Digital Team Supervisor







Responsibilities:

  • The role brings a mixture of operational, account management and team management activities. The mission of this position is to lead and inspire the team to achieve desired objectives, budgets, and quality and maintain high client satisfaction
  • Building long-term relationships with clients by extensive analysis and understanding of their business needs, improving continuously the overall client experience
  • Develop and execute digital merchandising strategies for clients aimed to drive online sales, enhance user experience, and achieve business objectives. Presenting creative, innovative ideas, discovering new client’s needs
  • Managing a market-dedicated team and supervising their scope, performance and KPIs
  • Supervision the progress made by the team, maintaining on-time and high-quality task delivery within the desired budget, task allocation
  • Day-to-day analysis of team efficiency and ability to recognize and deliver improvements to people and processes
  • Serving as a role model and knowledge expert, training and developing people within the team, providing feedback and performance reviews, encouraging professional growth



Our requirements:

  • Ambitious individual with a business-oriented, strategic approach
  • Passionate leader with min. 3 years of team management experience (min. 5 people in the team)
  • min. 5 years' experience in e-commerce (preferably in the product eMerchandising on eRetailers pages), deep understanding of the industry
  • Experienced in working for a digital agency will be a big plus
  • Experienced in working with various (preferably international) clients and ability to build long-term relationships with them
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders, as well as present findings and recommendations in a clear and compelling manner
  • Experience in budget management
  • Assertiveness, ability to resolve conflict situations and make difficult decisions
  • Flexibility and adaptability to quickly respond to changing market dynamics, technology trends, and business requirements in the rapidly evolving digital landscape
  • English on B2+/C1 level
