In EVA Dywaniki, we’re on a mission to become the top-of-mind technological car accessories brand in the world. We’re a fast-growing start-up (YoY growth >1000% since 2019) and this year we’re expanding our sales to the new markets. To do this, we’re looking for curious, driven people, who love what they do to join our team.


As a Performance marketing specialist you will have a direct impact on the development of the company in Poland and abroad, promoting the product you can be proud of, while working with a team of passionate marketers. Your key contribution will be to launch & optimize paid media campaigns, test new hypotheses, analyze them & deliver best insights to the team. So that we could make data-driven decisions together.



As a performance specialist you will:


  • Plan, launch, optimize campaigns on paid media channels such as Meta Ads, Google Ads, TikTok ads
  • Provide regular reporting on the results of the paid media campaigns
  • Analyze the results of those campaigns & deliver insights to the marketing team
  • Test hypotheses, creatives, channels to find best working solutions for EVA Dywaniki
  • Be a part of strategic planning of all marketing campaigns

To be successful on this position you have to:


  • Have at least 2 years of experience working with Meta Ads (a must) and Google Ads or TikTok ads
  • Have experience designing & executing tests through paid channels
  • Have attention to detail to be able to analyze data and create actionable insights as a result
  • Have experience with managing big budgets
  • Have a go-getter attitude & be proactive
  • English at least B2, Polish at least B2
