Job summary


At Falck we are setting the scene for our new Global HRIS implementation, and we are currently looking for a HRIS Specialist to come join our team. Do you have experience with HRIS implementations, and would you like to set your mark on Falck’s future digital employee journey, this could be the opportunity for you.

You will be a part of the core HRIS team at Global People & Culture, and you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including People & Culture, Digital Technology, Finance and Business stakeholders to ensure a seamless and successful implementation.

You will play a critical role in building a scalable and efficient HRIS set-up globally and delivering operational excellence on a day-to-day basis.

This is an exiting opportunity for someone who wishes to make a difference and help drive the digital transformation of our people processes and systems- improving efficiency, and enabling data-driven decision-making.


Main responsibilities


· Support the end-to-end implementation of HRIS transformation projects ensuring alignment with business requirements and best practices.

· Manage day-to-day operation of future HRIS platform, including system configuration, data entry, troubleshooting.

· Ensure data accuracy and integrity by conducting regular audits and help implement best practices for data management.

· Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system requirements, implement system upgrades, and help develop solutions to enhance system functionality.

· Provide technical support and training to People & Culture staff and end-users on HRIS functionality and processes.

Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in HRIS technology.


Requirements


· A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR related systems administration, functional support, and enhancement development.

· Experience of standard concepts, practices, and procedures within the Human Resources field (including, but not limited to, recruiting, onboarding, time & attendance, benefits).

· Experience of collecting business requirements and translating them into system processes.

· Comfortable with system configuration, data migration, and governance of HRIS systems.

· Experience of providing training and support to end-users.

· Ability to maintain high level of discretion and confidentiality.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities required.

· Strong organizational and planning skills required.

· Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

· Ability to adapt to changes and manage competing demands.

· Bachelor’s Degree in business, human resource management, information technology or related area of study is required.

· Proficient Level of English (spoken & written)
