SCADA Systems Specialist

FERCHAU Poland is growing, and we're currently seeking a SCADA Systems Specialist to become part of our offshore wind energy team!

Your responsibilities

• Design and establish the framework for SCADA communication systems
• Coordinate and supervise contractor's scope related to SCADA solutions
• Actively participate in technical workshops and coordination meetings with contractors, suppliers, and other project participants
• Assist the procurement department by delivering precise technical details for bid and tender preparation
• Collaborate with other stakeholders to facilitate grid connection processes and ensure compliance with grid regulations
• Integrate security policies and protocols into SCADA and communication system designs
• Prepare comprehensive technical documentation and define client requirements

The right qualifications

• 4+ years of practical experience in the field of SCADA system deployment or oversight, preferably related to offshore wind farm projects
• Understanding of industry standards for SCADA architecture in grid-connected energy installations, including communication protocols
• Knowledge of the main Polish grid operator's regulations and standards, including the NC RfG Grid Code
• Solid command of English, both spoken and written (minimmum B2 level)
• Experience collaborating within diverse, multidisciplinary project teams
• Proficiency in using MS Office applications
• Valid driver's license (category B)
