Head of Marketing (CEE markets)

Head of Marketing for CEE region

Your responsibilities will include:

• being responsible for leading the marketing team dedicated to CEE markets (Romania, Hungary, Ukraine) and UK,
• co-creating and implementing the marketing strategy for CEE markets,
• cooperation with advertising agencies,
• coordination of marketing activities and copywriters’ work,
• building brand awareness,
• lead generation through all marketing activities.

You will closely cooperate with:

• Chief Marketing Officer,
• copywriters, graphic designers, web developer and video content editor,
• as well as with Sales and Tech departments.

Requirements:

• at least 2 years of experience on a similar position in Marketing department,
• experience in leading a team and day-to-day duties and responsibilities, as well as project managing,
• English language on a very good level (at least C1),
• passion for experimentation and growth hacking,
• ability to strong analytical and structured thinking with problem-solving skills,
• collaborative and empathetic work style,
• working and building structure in a start-up environment will be an additional asset.
