Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Managing our CRM system (Pipedrive)
  • Handling inquiries and screening potential clients
  • Managing tender processes (RFPs)
  • Taking part in meetings and presentations for potential clients
  • Creating drafts of term sheets
  • Building relations with clients at the initial stages of the sales process
  • Finding opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our services for the existing clients
  • Monitoring and analyzing performance metrics and suggesting improvements
  • Cooperating with other departments (Marketing, Content, Delivery)



Your Profile & Skills Required

We're looking for an ambitious, reliable and results-oriented person with great attention to detail. You'll have a chance to work directly with our most senior team members and our client (and these are big brands!). Experience in the sales and IT industry will be helpful, but it's not a must. We value the right mindset, willingness to learn (quickly) and a proactive attitude more than the experience itself. If you like challenges and feel that a combination of Sales and the IT Industry is your call, let's talk!



Must-haves

  • Good command of spoken and written English (C1+)
  • Familiarity with a CRM software
  • Attention to details
  • Ability to create detailed notes
  • Great communication skill
