Are you a passionate and experienced UX Designer looking for a challenging opportunity to work on complex projects for some of the best brands in Poland and abroad? Look no further!

Your Role & Responsibilities:

• Creating best-in-class design solutions and user experiences
• Involving in UX projects (1-3 at the same time)
• Mapping user flows, define information architecture, designing wireframes and interfaces
• Auditing and improving current products
• Working in an end-to-end digital process
• Visualising your ideas and inspiring others
• Collaborating with other designers, as well as with the interdisciplinary team (researchers, strategists, developers, data analysts) to develop and implement design solutions

Your Profile & Skills Required:

• Strong portfolio of commercial projects
• Good command of written and spoken English (B2/C1+)
• A full understanding of the best design processes and how to tailor them to user and client needs
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Proactive attitude, solving problems and figuring things out
• Good understanding of business and technology
• Extreme attention to details
• Experience in UX Audits would be a plus
