📍Locations: Mszczonów


This role offers a unique opportunity to acquire a strong understanding of the logistic business and processes. You will work hand in hand with FM Logistic Central Europe Managing Director, providing variance analysis supporting strategic decision making process, including:


  • Interdisciplinary business research & analysis for the needs of Central Europe Managing Director.
  • Reviewing historical data and forecasts provided by the key business stakeholders including Central Europe’s management team.
  • Obtaining data from various internal & external sources (including visits in FM Logistic Central Europe sites).
  • Cross-checking key metrics from different sources and comparative analysis.
  • Drawing conclusions and presenting recommendations based on the above mentioned.
  • Support for the budgeting process, strategic projects & analyzes of key business performance indicators.


Your skills & experience:


  • Min. 3 years of experience in strategy or consulting roles.
  • Data interpretation, presentation and comparative analysis skills & experience are crucial.
  • Financial reporting and controlling skills supported by the good level of Excel or Google Sheets.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong negotiation, facilitation and mediation skills.
  • Being detail oriented and capable of delivering a high degree of accuracy.
  • Excellent organizational skills & efficient planning skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously, adapting to a changing and challenging environment.
  • Very good command of Polish & English.
