📍Locations: Mszczonów
This role offers a unique opportunity to acquire a strong understanding of the logistic business and processes. You will work hand in hand with FM Logistic Central Europe Managing Director, providing variance analysis supporting strategic decision making process, including:
- Interdisciplinary business research & analysis for the needs of Central Europe Managing Director.
- Reviewing historical data and forecasts provided by the key business stakeholders including Central Europe’s management team.
- Obtaining data from various internal & external sources (including visits in FM Logistic Central Europe sites).
- Cross-checking key metrics from different sources and comparative analysis.
- Drawing conclusions and presenting recommendations based on the above mentioned.
- Support for the budgeting process, strategic projects & analyzes of key business performance indicators.
Your skills & experience:
- Min. 3 years of experience in strategy or consulting roles.
- Data interpretation, presentation and comparative analysis skills & experience are crucial.
- Financial reporting and controlling skills supported by the good level of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, facilitation and mediation skills.
- Being detail oriented and capable of delivering a high degree of accuracy.
- Excellent organizational skills & efficient planning skills.
- Ability to work autonomously, adapting to a changing and challenging environment.
- Very good command of Polish & English.
