Software Test Manager

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

+ As a test manager you will be responsible for the planning, control and monitoring of test activities in the area of software development in close coordination with the project stakeholders.

+ In your role, you represent the link between our customers and project teams and maintain a holistic overview of the current project status.

+ You react agilely to changes in the project and, if necessary, take measures to achieve the project goals, taking into account the customer's wishes.

+ You take part proactively in various committees and lead subject- specific meetings on your own responsibility.

+ You will also participate in the creation of specific test documents, such as test strategies or test concepts, taking into account industry standards and regulations.

EXPERIENCE, SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:

+ You have a degree with a focus on industrial engineering, automotive industry, vehicle technology or a comparable field of study.

+ Knowledge German language at the level min. B2

+ You are also highly motivated to acquire new specialist knowledge in the promising field of software testing or to deepen existing knowledge.

+ You complete your tasks in a structured and solution-oriented manner and are not afraid to get involved in project teams with participants from different specialist teams.

+ Ideally, if you have initial experience in the development of E/E systems and/or have an ISTQB certification.
