Your tasks:

• Issuing manual invoices and credit notes
• Performing matchings on customer ledger
• Daily Accounts Receivable activities in accordance with Fortum policies
• Being in charge of closing out the month or quarter (checking accounts and making financial reports)
• Perform customer billing and process self-billed transactions
• Creation and update of process documentation
• Active participation in financial audit for group purposes and statutory,
• Cooperation with other company departments (Sales, customer service, local finance and controlling)

About you:

• University Degree in Finance/Economics/Accounting
• Understanding principles of finance, accounting, and bookkeeping
• Practical knowledge of polish tax law
• Good knowledge of English and Polish, spoken and written
• Practical experience in Excel
• Good team working skills
• Proactive, improvement driver, problem solver
• Ability to maintain professional business contact
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
