    Currently, we are looking for a person to join us as a:


    Account Manager


    Your responsibilities will include:

    • working on inactive clients and proposing various services from our portfolio (up-selling, cross-selling),
    • proactive sales of Google Workspace features 
    • helping customers to take full advantage of premium functionalities and expand the range of services they use,
    • monitoring customer potential on the market,
    • close cooperation with the technical support department,
    • developing and promoting the company's image.

    Requirements:

    • experience in a similar position (Customer Success role, Account Manager, Project Management etc.),
    • English language on a very good level (C1+) and Polish on native level
    • independence and proactive attitude in carrying out entrusted tasks,
    • ability to analyze customer needs and convert technical aspects to business customer, language,
    • interest in the technology of cloud solutions,
    • experience in sales of SaaS, e-commerce, or cloud solutions will be an additional asset.

    We offer:

    •  you can work from Wrocław/Warsaw/Kraków
    • permanent cooperation (based on B2B type of contract),
    • monthly base salary between 7000-9000 PLN on the invoice + quarterly performance-related bonus
    • flexible working time within business hours 8am- 6pm CET,
    • opportunity to learn about Cloud solutions by direct collaboration with Google
    • possibility to participate in Cloud-realeted events 
    • co-financing the costs of sport activities,
    • micro-loans,
