- international contact person for our Polish and Central European management team and thus contribute to the success of the company
- present the company in relation to the most important factors influencing the market and evaluate a variety of possible measures on the basis of opportunities and risks
- co-pilot working with the local sales, marketing and trade marketing teams and jointly developing the business
- developing and following up the market development strategy together with the sales team and preparing analyses & business cases for clients and projects
- participation in extensive national and international projects
💥 Your ingredients = Our success
- a degree in business administration or a comparable field with a focus on controlling or, alternatively, a completed commercial apprenticeship with further training, e.g. as a financial accountant
- experience in finance and accounting, controlling or financial accounting, ideally related to sales /sales management
- knowledge of central European and Polish trade or the desire to build up experience and know-how for market controlling in Poland/CEE
- willingness to travel and the ability to present complex topics in an understandable way for internal customers
- high level of commitment and strong ambition to achieve goals, as well as strong analytical thinking skills
- strong communication skills in English
