What You'll Do :


As a project manager, you will be a key element in driving EMEA Digital Customer Experience cross-team collaborations, spanning Customer Success, Renewals, Growth and Partner led projects. You will be providing management and guidance to the teams involved in the different projects, ensuring they deliver on-time, within budget and goals. Your scope will be regional and global, with specific projects related to renewals, services, and software, in conjunction with the Lifecycle Advantage Partner team and journey managers.

You will be responsible for ensuring that deadlines are met, team activities planned, and propose solutions if unexpected events occur. You will be accountable to evaluate project/ milestones performance (efficiency and effectiveness).


You will collaborate with stakeholders to plan and organize the projects as a whole, define clear objectives and determine the necessary steps to achieve these objectives.

Most importantly, you will develop a close relationships with internal/external stakeholders delivering consistent and meaningful interactions with clear project progress updates.


• Coordinate multiple projects and/or teams in parallel to meet organizational priorities

• Plan, execute and monitor projects throughout the lifecycle to support the strategic direction of the organization

• Defining project objectives, constraints, and anticipating technical & business risks

• Establishing timeline/ schedule, and ensuring all relevant teams are kept on track

• Visualization and reporting to help the relevant audience to quickly grasp the key performance metrics at a glance. This allows for better reporting and communication between stakeholders and project teams.

• Regular communication of project progress results to stakeholders


Qualifications :


• Degree or equivalent years of work experience in Project Management

• Knowledge of customer experience

• Shown ability to develop and deliver strategic project plans

• Skills in effective project setup, tracking and reporting, risk and issue analysis, and quality assurance.

• Strong project management skills

• Clear communication skills (proficient in English)
