For the development of our products, we are looking for two Marketing Managers. We need your expertise to provide the best marketing strategies for GoiT and GoITeens products. As one of our Marketing Managers, you will have the opportunity to indicate which specific product from our line interests you the most. Our products are eagerly awaiting the best marketing efforts, and your input will make a significant impact on their success.


🧩 You will need

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing (work in internal marketing departments or agencies)
  • Fluency in English and Polish to communicate with the team and partners
  • Understanding the lead generation process - methods, mechanisms, rules, funnels.
  • Experience in managing social media channels - creating communication plans, publication plans, cooperation with a graphic designer, analyst and optimization of activities
  • Knowledge of marketing tools, such as Google Analytics 4, GTM, GetResponse, Tracking Pixels, UTM-creatos etc.
  • Experience in conducting e-mail marketing activities - both newsletters and automation.
Nice to have:

  • Experience in creating automatic lead-gen funnels
  • Experience in designing websites / landing pages (concept, not implementation and not graphic design)
  • Knowledge of and interest in new marketing tools

The challenges that will be facing you.

  • Development and implementation of lead generation strategies for the company on the Polish market.
  • Achieving target lead generation metrics according to the set goals for lead quantity and quality.
  • Forming and managing a project team (lead generation contractors, copywriters, designers, SEO specialists, etc.). Selecting contractors, setting tasks, monitoring deadlines, and ensuring quality of task completion.
  • Planning and monitoring advertising campaigns (such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, Influencers campaigns) in line with company objectives and goals.
  • Testing and analyzing promotion channels, tracking and increasing conversions, optimizing the cost of acquisition.
  • Collaborating with the head office to adapting materials provided for the local market, including website content, landing pages, social media content, marketing funnels, and advertising.
