For our Client, international company from Medical Devices Industry we are looking for candidates for Sales Director.
Responsibilities:
- define annual/quarterly/monthly tactical sales plan, in line with group strategy to ensure achievement of goals defining corrective action, if needed,
- managing the sales, customer service team to meet the market opportunities,
- manage recruitment, onboarding and off-boarding,
- define an individual development plan for identified direct reports to ensure talent management and succession plan,
- developing strategy regarding new sales channels and group of products,
- identify areas for commercial strategy development and suggest changes and improvements in pricing, discounting, return policies, etc,
- responsible for P&L of the Polish legal entity,
- responsible for building long-term relationship with key customers,
- negotiations of contract terms with key suppliers,
- monitoring the market of competitive products,
- identify, collect, and communicate customer insights that are relevant for the sales approach.
Requirements:
- at least 10 years of professional experience including at least 5 years in people managerial role,
- experience in working in medical devices industry (producer or distributor) will be a strong asset,
- fluency in English,
- excellent verbal and written communication skills,
- exceptional time management and problem-solving skills,
- strong critical and analytical thinking abilities,
- ability to work under pressure.
