    We’re currently looking for a seasoned Content Marketing Manager. Are you a person who loves to create and manage content creatively and has an analytical mind? Are you a team player and someone willing to learn and share your knowledge with others?         What will be your daily tasks:

    • Marketing strategy: you will be actively involved in the development of a marketing and communications strategy that fits perfectly with our business objectives.
    • Communication plan: based on the strategy developed, you will prepare the external and internal communication plan and then oversee its implementation, taking care of every detail.
    • Content creation: your creativity will blossom when creating content - from social media posts to blogs, case studies to business presentations, reports, e-books, webinars and podcasts.
    • Internal communications: you will also be responsible for preparing internal communications (Intranet, Slack, mailings), ensuring that the message is consistent and effective.
    • Social media management: together we will ensure that our Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram and X profiles engage our audiences, and you will be the main content creator.
    • Analysis and optimisation: you will monitor the results of marketing activities, analyse data and implement optimisations that will deliver the best results.
    • Budget management: we will ensure that every penny is well spent! You will plan and monitor the advertising budget, manage billing and optimise costs.
    • Project coordination: you will successfully manage the work of subcontractors using project management tools, setting priorities and ensuring timeliness.



    What you'll get:


    • 7 000–12 000 PLN Before Tax (Business Contract)
    • hybrid work – during the 3-month probation period, we would like you to be in the office at least two/three times a week, as we want you to get to know us. After this period, the number of days in the office may be reduced.
    • flexible working hours – you can start between 7 A.M and 11 A.M If you need to attend a doctor’s appointment, visit a mechanic, or go to your child’s performance during working hours, you have the flexibility to do so.

    What we need:


    • you have 3–5 years of experience in content creation and management - you understand how good content works to attract attention and build engagement
    • perfect command of Polish and English is essential - you will be working in an international environment and external communication is mainly in English
    • your communication skills allow you to collaborate with different teams, and you deliver each project with attention to detail
    • you have a creative and innovative way of thinking that combines with practical organisational skills
    • you manage multiple priorities with ease and are able to find your way in a dynamic working environment
    • you are able to plan your work effectively and complete projects from start to finish


    What will be an added advantage:


    • experience in creating and implementing communication strategies
    • knowledge of SEO, SEM and search engine optimisation of content
    • knowledge of the IT and software house industry
    • use of artificial intelligence-based tools (e.g. for data analysis, marketing automation, content generation) to streamline processes and optimise performance
    • ability to manage advertising campaigns on Google Ads, Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and other platforms
    • experience in organising marketing events - conferences, trade shows, business meetings
    • ability to manage advertising budgets and estimate costs of activities
