  • Drive the development and implementation of automated systems and processes to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of security and quality reviews for Chrome Extensions.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams to build tools and infrastructure that support proactive detection and mitigation of harmful extensions.
  • Analyze data and user feedback to identify trends, measure the impact of trust and safety initiatives, and inform product decisions.

Minimum qualifications:

Preferred qualifications:

  • Master's degree in a technology or business related field.
  • Knowledge of building accessibility and experience for incorporating inclusion and accessibility into product development methodologies.
  • Understanding of web technologies, and the software development lifecycle. Ability to communicate with engineers and understand technical concepts related to scalability, and performance.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decisions and measure impact. Experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, policy, legal, security).
  • Passion and understanding of online safety, security risks, and privacy.

Benefits:

  • Health and Wellbeing (Medical, dental, and vision insurance for employees and dependents)
  • Financial wellbeing (Competitive compensation, regular bonus and equity refresh opportunities)
  • Flexibility and time off (Paid time off, including vacation, bereavement, jury duty, sick leave, parental leave, disability, and holidays)
