Do you have proven positive track record with designing visual social media content? Have experience in designing for FB, YT, IG and TikTok? We are looking forward to meeting you!


We are currently looking for a SM Designer/Creative whose work has the power to captivate attention in social media. Working in an innovative team at our Client’s office in Warsaw (hybrid model) with direct connection to an international environment, you will need to be comfortable to work directly with the Client face to face and on a daily basis. Your role as Creative Designer will be to develop both static and moving image creative content across various social media channels for Poland’s most renown food brands. Oh, yes – experience in the food category is an additional asset but your creativity, skills and passion for social media is what counts most! Please be ready to showcase your experience!



Required skillset:

• Working with the Client’s marketing teams in Poland to deliver best in class assets across a channel mix of FB, Instagram, TikTok & Youtube,

• Taking and responding to briefs from Internal clients and concepting through to delivery into beautifully executed, fit for channel assets,

• Working with external agency partners to deliver social assets for TTL campaigns,

• Actively participating in brainstorming sessions with the Copywriter &; Community Manager,

• Developing the social creative and motion graphic, in alignment with the content calendar,

• Producing creative artwork of quality and volume, showing flair for design and creativity,

• Delivering a consistent quality of work that is on brand within the agreed timeframes,

• Demonstrating and championing clear understanding of brands,

• Ability to understand and act upon recommendations coming from monitoring and measuring the success of social content, based on available SoMe data analysis tools.

• Build and execute social media strategy through competitive research, platform determination, benchmarking, messaging and audience identification,

• Generate, edit, publish and share daily content (original text, images, video or HTML) that builds meaningful connections and encourages community members to take action, ncrease the visibility of client & social content,

• Taking care of the consistency of the message, popularity and brand image, publishing and coordinating advertising campaigns on SM channels,



Required experience:

• 3-5 years of experience of creative Design with a strong focus on Social output,

• Proven track record of understanding social media design elements for brands (corporate experience will be an asset),

• Passionate about popular and emerging social platforms and trends,

• Good interpersonal skills and the ability and confidence to work on your own initiative in a fast paced, Client environment,

• Understanding and experience working with Adobe Creative Cloud with both design and motion design programs,

• Fluency in spoken and written Polish and English.
