As part of the international structure, we develop opportunities for specialists within: GroupM Offshore Hub Poland which is responsible for supporting and managing Search, Social, and Programmatic campaigns along with providing thoughtful recommendations to our clients in various locations around the world.

As part of the growth of the Offshore Hub Poland, we are launching a new department, the Global Engineering Center. This will support the development of our propriety systems and solutions.

We are looking for a Product Specialist (programmatic)

to support initiatives that facilitate the growth of Copilot, our optimization product for GroupM’s digital media traders globally. As the primary subject matter expert, you will help to ensure that our clients successfully utilize our software to its fullest potential.

Alongside your primary responsibilities with Copilot, you will also gain exposure to Nexus Growth Platform that powers the way GroupM Nexus create audiences, forecast, price, and plan cross-channel campaigns. It is a propriety solution that has a fast-expanding user base across markets, agencies, and clients.

You will be responsible for:

• acting as primary liaison between the Copilot product team and end-user traders, ensuring full comprehension of platform capabilities and best practices;
• owning all product support workflows and systems including issue resolution tracking (Freshdesk), product suggestions, and inbound product leads;
• supporting the development of internal and external training materials (instructional videos, presentations, website content) in coordination with our product release cycles;
• communicating substantive product changes and introducing new functionality to the global trader community;
• managing client and trader onboarding processes to ensure proper technical setup and client satisfaction.

Our requirements:

• fluent in English (you will be working with foreign teams mostly);
• 3+ years of experience in digital media and ad tech experience with media trading or optimization platforms;
• 3+ years of experience in technical support, pre-sales support, or customer success roles with enterprise software;
• 2+ years of hand on experience using at least one major DSP (Xandr, DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon, etc.);
• exceptional organizational, writing, and presentation skills;
• data-driven, with an appreciation of organization and process;
• eager for working with people, problem-solving, and translating technical jargon, concepts.

Nice to have:

• Interest and exposure to artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts
• Desire to develop a more technical skill set

• A contract of employment focusing on remote work. You are also welcomed to work directly from the Warsaw office.
