New Business Manager

There are 80 of us at the Sarigato Group and we have several companies, including the largest Rich Media advertising network in Poland. But our apple of the eye is the foundation we founded 10 years ago, where we run two very big campaigns: KarmimyPsiaki.pl. and Hakersi.pl

We are among the 50 fastest growing technology companies in Central Europe according to Deloitte and among the 1000 in Europe according to the Financial Times.

And now we are looking for a New Business Manager.

How can you grow with us?

• We really have a lot of people in the team who have developed in different, non-standard directions and are doing great. We are not a corporation and we never lock ourselves into a rigid framework. We are always looking for encompassing people, because with such people you can do outstanding things.
• If you can and want to represent us as a speaker at conferences and author of industry publications, as much as possible there will be an option.
• You will participate in training sessions, but not only those related to digital or sales. For example, sometimes we do an internal case study on communication strategy and explain step by step how it was created.
• We have tickets to many industry events, just ask.
• You also have the opportunity to develop in the media side, to skillfully combine communications and media.

What specifically will you be involved in?

• Finding new clients all around the world.
• Setting up meetings and conducting them.
• Creating offers, advising and supporting clients together with the performance department.
• Further development of cooperation with acquired Clients.

What will you miss?

• Routine. You won't work on one brand or even one industry.
• Boring concepts. We are creative and bold, and we can convince Clients to such solutions.
• Weak creations. We have 17 designers on board and they seriously do a good job.
• You will definitely miss the corporate atmosphere and unnecessary procedures.

What does recruitment look like?

One about one hour meeting on Google Meet (or if you prefer F2F) right away with a manager (no HR). Then possibly a second meeting in a slightly wider circle, that is, with the heads of all the heads. We always close the hiring process itself fairly quickly and absolutely always come back with a response.
