Job Responsibilities:
1、Regional Delivery Specialist/Manager is the first person responsible for the delivery of EOR
requirements in the region. Also, he or she will take responsibility for the satisfaction of delivery
in the country.
2、 based on regional needs, the person in this position is in charge of the connection between
employees and suppliers/subsidiaries. He or she will also need to coordinate the delivery of big
clients, employees or suppliers/subsidiaries (if any), in order to ensure that the requirement will
be put into effect.
3、 the Regional Delivery will coordinate and check attendance, settlement and reconciliation
of supplier side and their payment requests. The person in this position must make certain that the
data is accurate so as to ensure that payroll for employees, reimbursement, social security
payments, etc., are normally done.
4、the Regional Delivery needs to have a grasp of the human resources policies and relevant
labor laws of the countries involved. Thus, the person in this position can ensureth at he or she
can provide timely and effective solutions to various problems.
5、 the Regional Delivery will be held responsible for employee care of the customer side. The
person in this position will cooperate with big client in delivery, etc., and coordinate an d ensure
that employee-side problems can be solved in a timely manner.
Job Requirements:
1、Approximately 3 years of employee relations work experience,familiar with national and local
labor regulations and employment policies, familiar with the entire entry and exit process, payroll
experience is a plus.
2、Be proficient in English and be able to use English as working language;Fluent in one
of the following languages: French Or Italian. French preferred
3、Strong communication skills and initiative, Have strong service awareness and
adaptability
