Currently we are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) who will join our company to manage our international marketing team. If you have an analytical mind, good communication and organizational skills, with ability to lead, we would like to get to know you better.

Work type: Remote

👉Your mission in Gusti Leder:

• Plan & implement a target group-oriented marketing strategy
• Design & coordinate cross-media campaigns (social media, newsletters, mailings)
• Release both German and English content & give them the finishing touches if necessary
• Analyze our formats based on KPIs in order to further develop them in a performance-oriented manner
• Take over the disciplinary and technical leadership of all team members in marketing & work closely with our CEO
• Responsible for budget planning & control for all advertising measures in your area
• Manage & control our Facebook and Google agencies in performance marketing
• Lead a more customer-targeted marketing with the help of Klaviyo tool
• Lead a team of 4 creators

 👉You are a perfect candidate if you have:

• Experience in brand-building, sales and/or marketing roles in the retail or fashion industry - at least 5 years or more.
• Master degree, preferably in Marketing.
• Knowledge how to create targeted content for social media that increases our sales
• Strong leadership skills and a proven ability to manage and coach a team to achieve business goals will be an everyday occurrence for you
• Very good project management skills and know how to mobilize and motivate a team to achieve set goals
• Highly developed communication skills, adept at building relationships and influencing outcomes at all levels, both inside and outside our organization
• Like innovative solutions and new opportunities to implement them
• Have good analytical thinking skills
• Responsible for decisions and get job done 
• You are a team player who can listen
