As our Junior Sales & Marketing Support, you'll be involved in various types of marketing, sales and product management activities, making it a great option, if you're still figuring out your dream career path. We’re looking for someone similar to us: curious, with great sense of ownership and a drive to do things that matter, open to feedback and continuous learning, who likes people.

Going into more detail, you’ll:

👉 Work alongside senior members of the team (CEO, New Business Manager, Growth Marketing Manager) to learn the ins and outs of sales & marketing, while proactively supporting them in day-to-day tasks;

👉 Manage and optimize our social media channels, websites, blogs and tools;

👉 Create and manage customer and prospect databases;

👉 Design, launch and optimize prospecting campaigns;

👉 Create and format sales and marketing materials (Canva);

👉 Revise and update questions to ensure their compliance with our standards;

👉 Skyrocket your marketing & sales skills thanks to daily contact with top-level marketing & sales experts who support Heroify;

👉 Wear different hats to help us take advantage of new opportunities that arise.

What are the next steps:

1. Short screening assessment - We practice what we preach :) The test will help us to verify the key skills for this role. It's also an excellent opportunity for you to show off your real skills and to get to know our product. And of course, you'll receive a short feedback after the test.
2. Short Google Meet call - We'll talk about your experience, motivations and expectations.
3. Take-home assignment (approx. 2 hours) - We'll ask you to provide us with a sample of your work. In this way, we'll both have a better idea whether this role it's a good fit for you.
4. Google Meet call the CEO - You’ll talk with Paulina about the assignment and your role in the organization.
5. A paid trial day - You’ll meet the team and and work with us on your first tasks.
6. Decision - We'll inform you about the outcome and provide you with feedback.
