To achieve this, we recognize the necessity of strategic introductions to major firms. Therefore, we are seeking an accomplished and proactive Business Development Partner to facilitate these critical connections. We offer a highly competitive salary for this pivotal role.

What will this job entail:

  • Actively organize and participate in sales meetings in collaboration with representatives from Hexe Group companies, driving the sales process and ensuring successful outcomes.
  • Regularly coordinate activities with the Executive team and Sales departments across all companies within the group, fostering a cohesive approach to business development.
  • Conduct thorough market and company analysis to identify potential business opportunities, contributing to the strategic direction of Hexe Capital.
  • Establish, build, and maintain long-term relationships with potential clients, becoming a trusted advisor and key point of contact.
  • Identify client needs, analyze their challenges, and recommend appropriate solutions, ensuring client satisfaction and fostering long-term partnerships.



Requirements for the Ideal Candidate:

  • You possess in-depth knowledge of the operations of large companies and corporations, understanding their needs and offering suitable solutions.
  • You have at least 8 years of experience in sales positions, with a proven track record of success in this field.
  • You have an extensive network of business contacts and a background in acquiring new clients.
  • You are fluent in English, both spoken and written, enabling effective international collaboration.
  • You excel at building long-term business relationships.
  • *We plan to expand our collaboration with Canadian partners – familiarity with this market or proficiency in French will be an additional asset.
