🔍 Business Analyst with German 🔍

🔧 What You'll Do

• Take on challenging transformation projects for our clients (mainly financial sector).
• Convert client or product needs into clear functional and non-functional requirements.
• Organize and lead discussions with clients and stakeholders.
• Create and maintain up-to-date project documentation, including diagrams and models.
• Participate in designing user interfaces, configuring systems, and reviewing outputs.
• Build strong relationships with clients by supporting them, answering their queries, and sharing necessary information.

🔍 What You Should Bring

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in areas such as Computer Science, Economics, Banking, Management, or related fields, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and professional experience.
• Proven experience in functional/business analysis or solution design.
• Familiarity with business analysis standards.
• High analytical skills with an eye to detail.
• Proven experience in Payments like Instant Payments, SWIFT, SEPA, ISO20022, AVZ, Target2 and cryptocurrency.
• German language proficiency at an Advanced (C1) level or higher.
• English language proficiency at Upper-intermediate (B2) level or higher.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities and the capacity to work both independently and within teams.
• Basic knowledge of UML and business process modeling (BPMN) is a plus.
• Basic SQL knowledge is a plus.
