🎯 Role Purpose:

We are seeking a talented and creative Motion Designer to join our Marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for storytelling through dynamic and engaging animations. This role involves designing and creating motion graphics for a variety of platforms including social media, website and advertising content. The Motion Designer will work within our Creative team to bring our brand's vision to life and engage our audience in meaningful ways.

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Creation: Conceptualise, design, and produce high-quality, innovative motion graphics for social media, websites, digital ads, and other marketing materials.
• Team Work: Collaborate with the marketing and design teams to understand project objectives, target audience, and brand guidelines to ensure consistency across all media.
• Ideas: Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
• Project Management: Manage and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously, from concept to completion, within tight deadlines.
• Trends: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, techniques, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.
• Best Practice: Provide expert advice and guidance on motion design best practices and strategies to enhance the visual appeal and effectiveness of our marketing campaigns. Help team members develop in motion design.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Motion Designer, Animator, or similar role with a strong portfolio showcasing your skills in motion graphics and video editing.
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Excellent understanding of motion design, typography, and layout.
• Strong conceptual and visual storytelling abilities.
• 3D skills are a plus
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
• Creative thinker with attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to receive and provide constructive feedback. We are a diverse team that collaborates in English and while you don’t need to be word perfect, you’ll need to be confident expressing your ideas.
