Recruitment Specialist role! A few words about us first. We are enthusiasts of Artificial Intelligence. If, like us, you are passionate about AI, feel comfortable in a less formal environment, value task-oriented work, can take responsibility for assigned projects and manage them end-to-end, and furthermore, not only want to recruit but also manage various HR initiatives, then you’ve come to the right place!


Responsibilities:

  • leading an end-to-end recruitment processes,
  • taking care of a good candidate experience,
  • developing sourcing strategies to identify and attract qualified candidates for various AI technical roles,
  • creating job descriptions and specifications,
  • processing recruitment and HR documentation,
  • conducting market research, raports, analyzis and data sheets,
  • coordinating Internship Program,
  • cooperating with recruitment manager, hiring managers, marketing and payroll team,
  • supporting and caring for our employees based in other locations [Bydgoszcz office & coworks: Łódź, Poznań, Wrocław],
  • managaing HR processes: internal communication, company events, EB events, internal training, onboarding/offboarding.


Requirements:

  • presenting a good theoretical technical knowledge (e.g., you know what Kubernetes is, you understand that Java and JavaScript are not the same, and you are aware that Bert is not just a character from a fairy tale),
  • at least 4 years of experience in recruiting IT specialists (Poland, EMEA, US), with a minimum of 1 year in the field of Artificial Intelligence,
  • fluency in both Polish and English,
  • task-oriented attitude,
  • experience in supporting various HR initiatives,
  • proficiency in creating reports, summaries, analyses, and surveys,
  • ability to take initiative and provide interesting insights,
  • capability to design processes and think strategically,
  • proficiency in taking ownership and actively demonstrating commitment to achieving the best possible outcome.
