Opis stanowiska Who we are looking for
At least 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant, Office Assistant or in a similar role within administration;
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English;
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook);
Exceptional organizational and time management skills;
Demonstrated skills in setting priorities and work independently;
High level of accuracy and attention to detail;
Proactive mindset with ability to take initiative;
Strong commitment to confidentiality and handling sensitive information;
Positive attitude, exceptional professionalism and strong interpersonal skills.
Your future role
Preparation of documents, presentations, spreadsheets;
Arrangings travel logistics and accomondations;
Assisting in various project coordination;
Conducting research and compiling information;
Managing executive calendars, scheduling meetings and coordinating appointments;
Organizing various internal and external meetings and events;
Expenses management;
Working collaboratively with other team members as well as other business unities.
