➡️ Looking for someone to join the team for a replacement, for about 1.5 years.
💰 Salary: B2B: 5 000 - 7 000 PLN net + VAT (or civil contract)
🌍 Location: Wrocław/Zielona Góra/Remote
💡 Main responsibilities:
- Searching for candidates both in local and international market by using direct search
- Developing the network of potential candidates
- Evaluating and optimizing searching sources and methods
- Building a database of candidates in ATS
- Using social media to approach the right candidates
- Working closely with technical recruiters
- Caring for great Candidate Experience
- Sharing sourcing & recruitment knowledge among the team
- Occasionally, performing additional HR tasks (may be related to different areas eg. HR Operations, employer branding, internal events, CSR)
✅ Requirements:
- Previous experience in recruiting
- Passion and creativity in looking for new talent acquisition methods and market mapping
- Guiding candidates through the sourcing process
- Experience in sourcing (in-house, RPO or agency) with proven success
- Experience in administrative tasks (scheduling interviews, updating ATS, responding to candidates)
- Ability to build good relationships with candidates and teammates
- Positive energy, sense of humor and willingness to learn new things :)
- Very good communication skills and fluency in English and Polish, both verbal and written (min. B2 level)
