  • Provide comprehensive support to employees throughout their lifecycle, including onboarding, conducting performance reviews, facilitating 1-to-1 meetings, and off-boarding procedures;
  • Enhance team communication across various locations, particularly in LATAM countries, to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment of goals;
  • Utilize HRM systems to manage and streamline employee lifecycle processes effectively;
  • Participate in interviews, assessing soft skills and alignment with corporate values to ensure the recruitment of suitable candidates;
  • Assist in the development of specialists by identifying training needs and contributing to the creation of Personal Development Plans (PDPs);
  • Proactively identify and resolve conflict situations within the team;
  • Contribute to HR analytics preparation to gain insights into workforce trends and dynamics.


We need your professional experience:
  • 3+ years of experience in an internal HR role, such as People Partner or HR Manager;
  • Demonstrated experience working with international teams, preferably in a multicultural environment;
  • Proficiency in English;
  • Knowledge of Spanish will be considered as an advantage;
  • Knowledge of employee evaluation methods and various motivational techniques;
  • Familiarity with ATS/CRM/HRM systems, with a proven ability to leverage technology for HR processes;
  • Previous experience in the IT/iGaming industry will be considered a plus.
