what's the clue of the PM role, then?


Based on our experiences with such amount of great organizations, companies, and their cultures, we decided to publish the book describing our method of work "Culturivy: The Power of Changing a Workplace", which premiered in 2023 in the USA. The Polish premiere will take place in 2024. We also kicked off Culturivy® Institute as an Institute dedicated to promoting and universalizing the Culturivy® method. It is the only institution in the world with the right to use, educate leaders, and implement this method in organizations.


Culturivy® Institute powers the podcast "Ludzie z pracy" in Polish and runs the only Masterclass on the market, showing leaders and HR specialists how to increase effectiveness in teams according to the Culturivy® method.


That's a lot of exciting things to do, so... you can imagine that our CEO and Founder of both companies - Róża Szafranek - has a quite long list of tasks now. That's why she needs the support of a mature, smart, and fast-acting person acting as a PM interested in sales and helping her daily with many activities related to her conversations with customers, partners, clients, and other crucial players in the market. Supporting (from the back office) the whole process of bidding and acquiring new customers by Róża and her co-founder, Filip Małek, would be part of that job. Other tasks we plan for you are:

  • leading company's projects,
  • planning and preparing meetings and necessary materials with a clear focus on results and monitoring the achievement of agreed goals,
  • monitoring current market trends and competition,
  • supporting individual ad-hoc teams to make an impact where it is needed most.
  • willing to propose your development initiatives.


what do you need to get around?


  • reliability and solidity on a very high level,
  • great self-discipline and self-organization,
  • talent and experience in min. 1 role from the following: founder's associate, chief of staff, project manager, executive assistant, sales manager, marketing manager, account manager,
  • experience in working directly with the company's founder or C-level,
  • go-to-market and sales approach and experience,
  • English at a minimum C1 level (spoken and written).
  • growth mindset - which means embracing challenges, learning from criticism, and finding lessons and inspirations,
  • kindness and willingness to help others,
  • precision, and problem-solving skills.
