Your career opportunity

HR Recruitment Specialist provides a variety of recruitment services to our French business partner. He/she participates in different HR projects through screening and recruitment of candidates along with administrative support at various stages of the recruitment and onboarding process. He/she collaborates with French recruiters as well as hiring managers, recruitment agencies and universities.


What you’ll do

  • Conduct the recruitment processes for various French types of contracts with the business partners’ agreed employment budget and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with French companies specializing in HR consulting and servicing recruitment processes.
  • Cooperate with French universities in order to ensure the best talents are acquired for the business partners.
  • Provide daily and ad-hoc recruitment reports.
  • Develop solutions to problems / process improvements that enhance service and efficiency.
  • Meet targets on productivity and accuracy as per the targets and metrics defined for the process.
  • Provide administrative support at various stages of the recruitment and onboarding process.
  • Develop own understanding of how you and your role impact on the customer experience.



What you need to have to succeed in this role

  • Fluent/Native French and Advanced English skills.
  • Minimum 2 years of proven professional experience in a similar role (recruitment and/or HR administration).
  • Experience of working with recruitment systems would be an asset.
  • Excellent communication skills and customer service orientation.
  • Ability to learn quickly and transfer knowledge appropriately.
  • Ability to understand and interpret numeric data.
  • Can-do attitude, open to challenge and willing to get diverse experience.
