Administrative specialist in the purchasing department

location: Wałbrzych

Your responsibilities

• Performing basic admin duties including sending emails, maintaining base data, commercial contract administration
• Maintain SAP master data; Maintain Supplier information Procurement Database “Astras”; Maintain Supplier information Procurement Database “Astras”
• Support the buyers in their activities
• Assisting and coordinating administrative tasks with suppliers.
• Organizing staff meetings
• Assisting and supporting management

Our requirements

• Bachelor's or equal degree;
• Work experience in area of purchasing. Expericence in automotive industry would be a plus.
• Deep understanding of procurement process. Professional experience in SAP environment; Microsoft Office Package knowledge
• Excellent skills on written and oral English, German would be a plus
• Good team player and quick learner; professional and communicative business manner; structured and analytical way of working;
• Good knowledge and interest in systems and figures; intercultural competences; team-player
