Sourcing Manager

The main purpose of the Sourcing Manager is to create and implement the sourcing strategy throughout the organization. The person in this position will

also be responsible for organizing the work and results of the Sourcing Team.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Create and implement sourcing strategy
• Responsibility for the implementation of the set business objectives
• Comprehensive management of a Team of more than a dozen Sourcers (daily cooperation, providing support to subordinate Employees, identifying talent, building career paths)
• Onboarding and implementation of new Team members
• Identifying training needs in the managed Team
• Monitoring and analyzing the performance of the Sourcing Team
• Co-creation and participation in Employer Branding campaigns
• Managing sourcing tools
• Cooperation with other business units and departments in the company

OUR REQUIREMENTS:

• Experience in managing a Team
• Experience in sourcing: knowledge of tools, practices, different sourcing met, hods and reaching out to Candidates
• Experience working on KPIs
• Proactive approach, an initiative in action, self-reliance, ability to implement own ideas
• Knowledge of the English language to communicate freely
• Openness to change, willing to work in a dynamic environment
• Very good organization of own work
• Experience in IT recruitment and knowledge of technology will be an advantage
