We are a Polish start-up operating within the Żabka Group since 2021. We operate in the e-commerce industry, which is currently one of the fastest growing sectors. It enables easy and convenient business transactions without having to leave home. To date, we are the creators of two products on the Polish market. One is the Jush app, thanks to which our customers can have groceries at their doorstep in as little as 15 minutes after ordering, and the delio app, also available in a web-based version, which guarantees express same-day delivery of high-quality household essentials. At Lite e-Commerce, we create cutting-edge technologies that will make your life easier.

We are currently looking for an experienced and well-rounded Head of HR, who will be responsible for all areas of HR: payroll and administration, HR processes, employer branding, system integrations, career development, internal communications, soft skills training 🦸


🎯 As Head of HR you will:

  • manage the HR & People Operations team;
  • develop the strategy in the HR/People area that are aligned with the company’s business goals;
  • ensure that our processes are in accordance with the Polish labour law;
  • foster employee experience by creating high- quality processes, such as: onboarding, offboarding, recruitment, etc;
  • work closely with company leaders;
  • support upskilling initiatives across the company;
  • support building feedback culture across the company;
  • support external and internal Employer Branding initiatives,
  • assist in solving people- related issues;
  • create and analyse relevant metrics;
  • supporting leaders and employees in topics such as feedback, leadership, communication;
  • conducting quantitative and qualitative research on organisation culture health and employee satisfaction.


Apply to us if you have:

  • 5+ years of professional experience in HR/People Operations, including at least 2 years of experience in a leadership role;
  • proficient in all HR processes (payroll, onboarding, offboarding, recruiting) - you will mentor HR team members;
  • demonstrated experience in developing HR strategies aligned with business objectives;
  • experience in leading effective and satisfied teams;
  • at least a basic knowledge of the Polish labour law;
  • excellent communication skills;
  • project management experience;
  • experience with People Analytics and creating retention strategies;
  • high level of empathy and understanding of how people function in the workplace.


💪 Nice to have:

  • expertise in conflict resolution;
  • experience in crisis management, including the ability to assess high-pressure situations, develop effective plans of action.

  • salary dependent on experience: 14,000 PLN - 18,000 PLN net+VAT B2B;
  • employment contract or B2B contract -> you can decide which type of contract will suits you best;
  • hybrid work model - we would like to see you sometimes in our Warsaw office but you can alsoor work 100% remotely - if you appreciate being at home;
