SAP HCM Support Analyst

Location: Wrocław, Świętego Mikołaja 18-20 (hybrid)

Your role & responsibilities:

• Support various on premise applications within the HCM area within the Global HR system landscape based on ticketing solution that sets the priorities
• Create, update and maintain general documentation and knowledge base articles for various topics and system modules
• Analyze authorization roles to solve issues, perform regular cleanup and monitoring of jobs, interfaces etc.
• Perform configuration (customizing) work as needed to support new and existing functionality, analyze configuration issues
• Identify SAP solution possibilities and discuss with business users / process owner
• Interact with Internal customers that raise tickets to get clarity and analyze support requirements, reach out to senior consultants and other knowledgeable resources within the organization and document the resolutions.

Your skills & strengths:

• Min. 1 year of experience in SAP HCM
• Successfully completed studies preferable in Business Informatics
• Previous experience in IT support role that includes ticket tracking, customer support etc.
• Good knowledge in various SAP HCM modules
• Ability to work Independently as well as within a Global team
• Experience in working with Functional, Technical Design & Testing documentation would be a plus
• Ability to prioritize and understand business impact of IT systems
