Reporting Line: direct reporting line to Total Rewards Manager Central and Eastern Europe, dotted-line to Head of Human Resources Poland
Matrix accountability: Key Rewards expert for Country of expertise (Poland), manage responsibility of 1-2 scalable Rewards processes at CEE level
Job responsibilities:
- Salary market research, design of competitive pay structures;
- Execution of the annual compensation processes (e.g. salary budget request, annual salary review etc.);
- Management of the variable pay schemes (short-term bonus, sales incentives, spot bonuses);
- Implementation of the local benefits, recognition and retention programs;
- Job Analysis and Job Evaluation;
- Communication of Total Rewards offering to employees;
- Governance and Stakeholder Management
Key Experiences:
- University Degree level education or equivalent;
- 2 to 3 + years experience in Compensation & Benefits (preferably in international company);
- Local employment law & labor regulations;
- Advanced Use of Microsoft Excel;
- Highly developed negotiations skills and independence;
- Strong Analytical skills;
- Project Management Experience;
- Fluent Polish and at least Upper-Intermediate English;
