We are seeking a highly motivated and organized HR Assistant to join our team in Warsaw, Poland. As an HR Assistant, you will be responsible for providing support to the Polish team and acting as a Company representative in Poland. You will be coordinated by our HR Manager and be responsible for a variety of organizational issues, including purchases, team building activities, and other HR-related questions.


Requirements:

  • Proven work experience as an HR Administrator, HR Administrative Assistant or relevant role in the IT field.
  • Knowledge of Polish labor laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication skills in Polish and English, both written and verbal.
  • Strong organizational and administrative skills, with attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Good problem-solving skills.


Responsibilities:

  • Assist the HR Manager in various HR activities, including onboarding, and offboarding.
  • Support the Polish team with day-to-day HR administrative tasks.
  • Act as a point of contact for the Polish team, addressing HR-related questions, concerns, and inquiries.
  • Coordinate with the HR Manager to ensure compliance with local labor laws and regulations.
  • Plan and organize team building events, company parties, and other activities to foster a positive work environment.
  • Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
  • Monitor and track HR metrics, prepare reports, and provide analysis to the HR Manager.
  • Participate in HR projects (e.g. help organize a job fair event).
