We are looking for an HR Associate based in Poland to support our growing business. If you’re looking for a new challenge with a big impact, this is your opportunity!


The Role:

You are the go-to person for our Polish Office, ensuring the smooth running of our office operations while also supporting our HR functions. In this role, you will:

  • Manage day-to-day HR operations including employee onboarding, offboarding and employee relations.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related matters.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment laws and regulations.
  • Maintain accurate records within our HR system, conducting regular integrity checks.
  • Oversee office management including maintenance, vendor management and facility management.
  • Coordinate and organise company events in Poland.
  • Build an inclusive and accessible environment and promote a positive work culture.


What are we looking for you to bring:

  • Experience in HR Administration and office management.
  • Understanding of HR best practices, employment laws and regulations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in Polish and English.
  • Willingness to learn, improve and lead by example.
  • Passion for creating a positive and inclusive work environment.
