About the role
As a Recruiter you will join the People & Talent Team at Red Sky. We are seeking an experienced Recruiter who will help us build teams for our innovative startup projects. You will play a crucial role in sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talents. You will be responsible for administrating and managing the end-to-end recruitment processes as well as participating in HR & EB internal projects.
Main responsibilities
- Manage and administrate end-to-end recruitment processes.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and assess candidates to ensure a strong fit with the organization.
- Coordinate interview schedules, gather feedback from interviewers, and facilitate the decision-making process.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements and develop recruitment strategies.
- Build and maintain relationships with candidates to understand their needs and expectations.
- Collaborate with project teams to understand the requirements for each role and tailor recruitment strategies accordingly.
- Manage candidate databases and maintain a high-quality talent pipeline.
- Provide a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Track recruitment metrics and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
- Implement the new HR trends into daily activities.
Competencies & Requirements
- At least 2-3 years of experience in managing independent recruitment processes.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment where priorities can change quickly.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Capability to build effective sourcing strategies and talent management.
- Openness to new challenges and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Highly developed organizational skills and negotiation abilities.
- Knowledge of the latest trends and tools in recruitment.
- Startup mindset and a passion for innovation and technology.
- Knowledge and experience of ATS systems
- Ability to communicate in English (at least B2 level)
