ERP Implementation Manager

Responsibilities
- Monitors the market to ensure solutions and modern and up to date;
- Developing new systems, techniques and procedures in close cooperation with business and vendors for automated planning systems, reporting, issue resolution, risk management and budget tracking;
- Coordination of the implementation and support team;
- Accountable for planning and delivering new implementations, in line with committed schedule and budget;
- Accountable for pricing of implementation cost and time, allocating resources and escalating risks;
- Working closely with Business Development team, providing professional support when needed (monitoring new contracts, participation in Client meetings);
- Vendor relationship management (strategy development, budget management).
Requirements:
- At least 3 years of implementation and integration systems;
- At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role;
- Advanced knowledge of ERP systems with particular emphasis on payroll and accounting moduls;
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office;
- Master degree (preferably in administration, economics, management, law or related field)
- Very good English (preferably level C1);
- The ability to assign responsibilities and authority to the right employees, taking their interests, ambitions, development and competency into account;
- Results oriented and focus on desired results;
- Prioritization and time management skills.
