The Data-focused BA will work closely with WCL stakeholders, the Sustainable Finance teams and WCL Data team to define and document new/amended data driven processes and gather clear and concise data requirements in support of the implementation of a new capability to capture data points required to support external disclosures on Sustainability.

What you’ll do

• Reporting and documenting data driven processes using process mapping methodologies.
• Documentation of detailed data attributes at each stage of the process to structure and price ESG products and create MI on both.
• Performing logical and physical data models and data flow diagrams to define ESG Product Module data capture, transformation and storage points.
• Strong data analysis specify data feed / API requirements.

What you need to have to succeed in this role

• Understanding of Credit & Lending domain processes knowledge.
• Strong experience in delivering change, problem-solving, prioritising and reconciling competing demands and resolving complex issues.
• High proactiveness and ability to work independently.
• Stakeholder Management and strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in flexible and dynamic environment across multiple markets and regions.
• Agile project management methodology would be an asset.
• Industry recognized certifications in Business Analysis/Product/Project Management would be an asset.
